This is why we want you to try an Alfa Airbed for 90 days in the comfort of your own home to make sure that it is absolutely perfect for you. We are so confident that you will love our air beds that if you are not fully satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return your purchase and Receive A Full Refund. Our goal is to keep our customers happy and ensure trust in our company. If you are not completely satisfied, simply follow the guidelines below. After all, sleep is one thing you should never have to compromise. Relax. We have you covered even after the 90-Night Trial by our comprehensive warranty.

Guarantee Guidelines

1. This trial offer is only available for direct orders with Alfa Airbeds.
2. We ask that you try out the product for a minimum of ten days. It can often take at least this long for your body to adjust to a sleep system that provides proper support and spinal alignment.
3. All beds must be returned in like-new condition (no holes, stains or odors) to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
4. Call us prior to returning the product in order to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We will not accept the return without this RMA number.
5. Repackage the mattress parts in acceptable boxes. The original shipping cartons are sufficient if there are no holes or deformations. Boxes must be sealed completely with packaging tape. Remember to include your RMA number and a short description of your dissatisfaction.
6. You are responsible for returning the products to us. That is the only expense you are responsible for. (A common question is what is the cost to send back the mattress. While the price will vary based on your location, our mattresses are UPS shippable, and thus return shipping is rather minimal.)
